Outstanding! Even though it was basically superficial it was butt ugly for a new truck. I can't imagine any manufacturer would want pictures of that for a new $60+K truck on the internet. In the grand scheme of things this is probably pennies over the volume of trucks they spit out.

I picked up my truck yesterday from Granger, what a refreshing, fast and honest experience. This should be the platinum standard for how dealerships should be - I can't express how nice it was to simply show up, sign over my trade in, and get the keys.

Chip walked my wife and I through every feature and took the time to answer all of our questions.

Lastly, they were extremely accommodating in getting us in to pick it up at the last minute. It was delivered last Tuesday, but they had received about 40 vehicles and were working to get them all delivered. I'm headed out of town on a flight, so Monday was the only day we would have been able to pick up the truck until August - right before a big trip with our travel trailer. By getting us in and set, my wife is able to put some miles on it before we tow in a few weeks.

I hope I get a speed pass in the delivery department. You did pretty good there it seems. Baby step goals though, I need something built first. I think they are done pushing me but we'll see.

we were going to meet friends last night and drove by Granger and there was a F150 Platinum on a truck. Told my wife on the way home we are driving through to see if it was mine.
It was!!
Hopefully they have time and can get it ready by the end of the week.

I think it's worth noting, my build still has BlueCruise (Co-Pilot ACTIVE 2.0), so if you have a 402A tremor with this package, while it may be delaying the build, it is not stopping the build.

I just want to get scheduled. Ordered 12-14-21, upgraded to Priority Code 2 in March 2022, still no VIN#. Have a $3,500 Ford private offer rebate for F-150 and want to verify it will still be accepted on this build Tremor 402A. I have another vehicle ordered that is now in production also ordered in December 2021. The private offer (rebate) can only be used on one vehicle. $750 on Bronco Sport, $3,500 on F-150 (does not exclude Tremor). It's been a long road my friends.

Cringing at the fact that I thought this was 3% under MSRP all this time and ordered locally without realizing MSRP and invoice are two separate things. Would have been cheaper to hire a truck to drive my truck to florida from Granger probably and not even leave my driveway.

I checked into this and got some rough quotes of $1100 for an open transport and $1800 for a closed transport from Iowa to Virginia. It would eat into some of your savings but the swing from MSRP to invoice would covered that 3 or 4 times.

Well at least I have good 402A company. Considering placing an order for a RAM here and see which one I get first (I don' t think it'll be the Ford, even with a 6 month headstart)
