First short trip. 200 miles. Mostly highway. 24.0 in ECON mode. Cruise set at 68 for most of the trip. First hour was through San Antonio. Second hour west on the highway. I was impressed to see 24 mpg at the end.

Not going to lie I'm pretty disappointed in the MPG. No mods whatsoever and im seeing about 14 MPG city. My commute is super short thankfully so the truck won't see a lot of miles. Im sure once I get to stretch the legs, it'll do a lot better. Something tells me this engine wasn't designed tight, stop-and-go traffic...

No I think you are right on short trips. I drive legit city traffic (mostly 20 mph neighborhood with stop sign or light every 2-3 blocks) and in the rare instances I run errands in the truck I get about 15-16 especially if the auto start stop isn’t working which it usually doesn’t on short trips. My wife’s CRV gets around 18-20 though so there may just be no winning without a hybrid.

Edit: I also almost never drive it around town. Walk or ebike usually since most places I need to go are within a mile.

Just did a 650 mile trip, going mostly highway got 20.4 MPG combined going anywhere from 75-85 mph on normal drive mode. From ATL to PCB, I was getting 21.4 MPG and on my way back settled in the 20.4 MPG. The around town electric mile total was around 51 miles. Not the best but also not terrible with 3 adults, a child and a lot of luggage.

I’ve had my eco-boost for about seven weeks now. And I have to say, MPG on it isn’t good. Vehicle average since purchase is 15.1 mpg, bone stock I got 19 to 20.5 on the freeway. After the level and upsize to 34 inch tires, I am averaging about 16 to 18 (lucky on the 18) on the highway with an overall average of 13.7. Kinda missing my 3.0 powerstroke at the moment lol. Obviously the power of the truck is far better than the powerstroke, and you get pro power on board too, but it would be nice to at least get 18 on the highway consistently LOL.
I got my F150 the second week of September. Started out in the 15's mpg but in town I am getting 17.8 now

After I upgraded my tires to ATs, took me a while to figure out the right psi. Finally emailed Toyo. Now I run 45psi in my 275/70r18 Open Country AT3s.

Fully empty on flat roads, going sub 75, I get 20. Loaded up, w/ e-moto, going over passes, I get 17-18. Freeway cruising (75+), I get 16-17.

2021 2k miles now and I am lifted with 35's on it. I drive on eco and I baby it...only average 13.5 on streets. On Highway 16.8......not even close to what I was expecting to get.
Can anyone else with big ties confirm their gas mileage is as bad as mine even while driving on ECO mode. 3K miles in and still only getting about 13-14 and driving like my grandmother.

My 16 3.5EB was about the same with 35’s in city driving.

I’m not sure I‘m buying into the whole ECO mode thing honestly.

I am pretty much limited to city driving for the winter, and in our winter temperatures, my fuel consumption has climbed to 13.3l/100km, or 17.7 usmpg. And of course we are now using winter fuel.
