well... you guys are gonna hate me.. I drove by the dealer today with the wife and this was on the lot, had just arrived, someone elses order they got tired of waiting for. my wife saw the KR interior and it was a done deal. 180 degrees from what I ordered. lotsa chrome on this puppy. but it works on Rapid Red.

Meanwhile it looks like my order is on a train somewhere outside Toledo Ohio.

gave up the FX4 package and the 3.73 rear end. no trail stuff or locker. but it is a sweet ride with almost all the same other stuff. the 5.0 V8, cooled seats etc.

life is a trade off. the wife was on board so that makes buying a lot easier.

That rapid red is a sweet color. I was tossed up about it when I ordered. Great looking truck!

Well after waiting 45 days for my truck to ship the short 50 miles from the factory, I got a call this morning that the truck arrived yesterday. Then my salesperson gave me the bad news. Somewhere between the assembly line and the dealership, something hit the passenger side of the truck. My reward for waiting so long for shipping.....another wait because both passenger side doors need replaced.

Oh man….sorry to hear this. I know the feeling…my truck was damaged in shipping too. Getting a new front bumper and scratches fixed on the hood. Hope it all works out for you.

Thanks! its a 180 degrees out from my order of Carb Gry and black wheels. but this interior is crazy nice. and thats where I plan to spend my time! I did like my CG Ranger with the Tremor rims and will miss the look.

Well everything went well with traveling to pick up the truck from dealer. The hick ups came with the prep. When scheduling with the dealer I explained my time line for catching the auto train in Sanford Fl, about 2 hours from dealer. Needless to say when I picked the truck up on Friday they certainly cut it close. In any case the dealer and service really came through in the end.
