22/23 Built and in Shipping Purgatory ETA (Estimated Time of Absurdity)

last update i got from ford was on january 2nd that it was recieved by secondary carrier in cottage grove mn on ramp 2A and estimated delivery was 1/6/23-1/10/23. Called ford the yesterday and it was still in the same status with new estimated delivery 1/16/23...

I got the shipped email on Tuesday the 10th. ETA January 26 - February 1. Shipping by convoy. It's like a 9 or 10 hour drive from my dealer to Dearborn...

I'm predicting a mid February arrival at the dealer at the earliest.

I was able to track the railcar as arriving in Tampa Fl on the 11th, about 30 minutes from the dealer. Now it's in "Constructive hold", which I learned means the railcar is at the yard, but not in position to be unloaded. Now we will see how long it sits waiting for a hauler. Last eta from dealer was 1/17-1/23.

I'll be in Tampa next weekend, so I'll just grab it from the yard and drop it off to ya. I hope you don't mind it smelling like Pub Subs!

If it was only that easy. I also got notified that the order I placed with my local dealer is scheduled for 2/13 production. Dealer had said they would cancel the order, but maybe someone else jumped in and picked up my spot. In any case I wouldn't have seen that truck until April, maybe.

@F150 hopefull. It’s at its last rail yard! Just need to hitch a ride to dealer! Looks like Ford might have finally made a date that sticks. Can’t believe that I might have my truck soon.

Not to be negative nancy, and hopefully you end up with it on time but mine has been at its last railyard since jan 2nd and missed its first delivery date and now on to its second to be delivered by monday. But my hopes of the 2nd eta holding are low too.

Great news for you!

I just checked in with Ford chat, looks like I’m still in the Kansas City rail yard. But I do now have an ETA to Granger of 1/18 - 1/24. They were unable to give me an ETA last time, just that it was in transit.

Hope you get your truck soon!

Oh I know there definitely is a possibility that it won’t make it. I, just like you, have been on chip hold forever with revolving dates. Just an optimist and hoping that it will get there. Good luck with your truck!

Per FC My truck is at ramp 4G in Assembly Plant MI.

Not sure where that is. but now I have a base line for when I ask again.

OH, and my ETA changed
From: 1/9 - 1/15
to: 1/13 - 19

They really need to send out emails whenever something on your order changes.

It's ridiculous that I need to reach out to anyone to get an update. Not like I am putting any serious money out for this or something.

It seems that last leg of the journey can be a painfully long process. My dealer said once the vehicle hits the railyard in Cottage Grove it is delivered within three days.
The real question is which three days. My dealer expected the vehicle on the lot last week....

So I was just reading some other blogs and saw that this exact same shipping issue was occurring last April too.

Their shipping department is really dropping the ball. One would think truck B completing build after Truck A, both going to the same location, would arrive after Truck A. Even if truck B ships first you would at least thing truck Z built yesterday would not show up first. Common.

Soo frustrated. and my name is holding true. I am hopeful to have a 150. no guarantees.

OK. I have a question.

Anyone else have a truck built after 11/23, at the Dearborn factory, with a spray in bed liner, going to Granger, have their trucks?

Just trying to make sense out of chaos.
