21+ fox 2.0 kits anyone adjusting them more??

Got my kit in the mail but I’ve seen a few people on here that’s installed them and at the preset 2” they say, people are actually seeing just 1” or alittle more of lift. Has anyone cranked them a few more turns to get more lift or not? Thinking about doing that before they go on but want more info first

I think I was in the neighborhood of 3.5-4” drop prior to install, it was bad. I’m now sitting around 1.5-1.75”.

I don’t mind a little rake, wish it was closer to the 1.0-1.25”

Either right at or just under. Wish I remember exactly what it was before. For clarification, I had done the wheel swap previously, but I did the tires at the same time as the suspension.

What did you end up doing? I didn’t do a before measurement unfortunately, but I ended up with still having 2 and 7/8 inch rake on mine. I don’t really feel like it lifted the front end much at all. My CV angles are pretty flat too

I’ve not installed mine yet. If a lot of guys are having this happen i feel like we need to bring it up to Fox. I may return mine if ends up not much adjustment without stiffening the shocks too much

I've seen it a few times now, I'm one of the one's that it happened to as well. One of the guys on FB reached out to Fox and was asked to send in measurements of the shocks, they were thinking maybe something happened with production and they're out of spec. Who knows though.

A guy on the 14th gen f150 FB ground reached out to fox and they said for another 1/2” crank the bottom perch 7 turns. So i may go ahead and do this since I’ve not installed mine yet

What total distance do they need to be cranked (preloaded) to get 2 inches of lift and are there any special tools required to adjust the preload? I am seeing reports that the Fox require a device to compress the spring in order to adjust the preload.

7 turns should get you dang close to 2” from what I’m hearing

Cranked the collar another 1/2 and added another 1.5" of height to the rear.
