2025 F-150 Scheduling This Week (12/12/24) for Production Week 2/17/25

• Production Week: 2/17.
• SIMS orders were created this past weekend for F-150. Please review and amend orders as necessary.
• If your orders are not being selected for scheduling due to Material Availability (13442/OBK33) as the reason code, please consider adding the Tow Haul Package (53T) and the Max Tow Axle, to increase the eligibility of your orders to be considered for scheduling:
- XL5 - 3.55 Axle on 3.5L Gas.
- XL7 - 3.75 Axle on 5.0L.

• Required Orders:
- Raptor Orders Needed 801A/802A without Tonneau Cover (96J, 96T, 96X).
- STX Series (200B, 200A, 201A) with 2.7L (99P) engine.

• Limited Availability:
- 995 - 5.0L Engine.
- 99D - 3.5L Hybrid Engine.
- T24 - 275/60R20 BSW All-Terrain. Opt. 302A; Inc. 303A, Std. King Ranch.

Thanks for the post. Where do these scheduling notes come from? I ordered an F150 XLT 4X4 on 18 September, and my dealer received a "thanks for your patience" e-mail on 13 Dec. From the note in the thread, it looks like the 5.0L engine may be holding things up.

Read on another 2025 F150 Forum ordering thread, that at least one ordered truck due to be built during the week of 2/17 has recently been bumped to April for component shortages. ANYONE ELSE (build week 2/17)?
(No "new" VinView post to me in the past 1.5 weeks RE: our K.R. order and I called Ford Marketing yesterday and confirmed our build day estimate remains unchanged for the week of 2/17. Over the past 5 weeks, the "estimated" build day has actually moved from 2/18 to 2/20 to 2/19 and now 2/18 again).

I am still waiting on a VIN. It’s been awaiting scheduling with no exceptions for two months. Ordered it 9/18/24. Luckily my old girl (2010 F150 XLT) is running fine so I can afford to be patient.

Translation for "in production"...kinda means, getting the party started and nothing more (found this below).

The whole sequence of ordering a Ford is:
On Order
Scheduled
In Production
Built
(Released)
Shipped
Final Preparation and Delivered (typically at dealership)

"In Production" status is labelled 1 - 2 weeks from the starting assembly day and may include:
- Order sent to manufacturing
- Order being assembled / manufactured
- Order sent to Mod Center (aka Body company) for certain factory installed options, for example.
- When completed (Built), the status changes to Released.

My 25 KR was also showing production week of 2/17 but I just checked and it is also showing "in production" early. Let's see if it stays.....

EDIT: 2/16-no change in expected production/blend day (so far).
