Hey there, just recently purchased a 2024 F150 and was looking into overland builds. Im about at the point where I need tires and a lift, I was thinking of a 2/3 inch lift with sticking with my stock 20' 33's and was curious if anyones done the same and may have some photos of what a 3 inch lift looks like with 33s, thanks!

with a newer truck with a 2in level or 3 in lift you would be able to go 35s. 33x10.2x20 is the stock 275/60/20 tire size.

tiresize.com will help

Don't do a puck level. Do it right the first time. I like my Eibach 2R lift kit.

These are IFS, so 2-2.5" of front lift is all that you'd want. If you want to go 3" I'd do the Tremor knuckles and CVs, you'd need upper control arms too.

I am running 34x11s.

If you are doing an overland build, I highly, highly, highly recommend ditching the 20s. Go with 17s or 18s.

Check my build thread for inspiration.

Congrats on the new truck/build!

@Aonarch made a few good points above that we would recommend too. Especially the wheel size. anything above 18 is just not practical for overlanding.

As for a start up on suspension we also highly recommend doing a full suspension swap and not a spacer kit. Bilstein 6112/5160 is a great starting point for both performance and comfort. They will feel firmer on just day to day road driving but they are designed that way as they truly shine when you off road with them. But thats expected for a 2.6" shock body too. Another great start up kit is the Eibach Stage 2R kit. Hard to beat for its price point. Fully adjustable. Up to 3" up front of lift. Awesome kit and our top seller by far.

But, if you need help with getting a set up hit us up when youre ready to purchase a kit. We always help folks out and are always happy to help new customers. We have a couple promotions going on right now but if youre not ready to buy just yet no stress. Come to us whenever youre ready!

My Icon stage 1. 0-2.75 and 285/60R20 Nitto RG's (33.7x11.5)
I did tires before level, big regrets.
Awesome tire but not enough sidewall on 20's for off road. (35x11.50R20 might work)
So I have 6.8 ish of sidewall now vs will have 9 ish with 35's on 17".
But I agree with @Aonarch etc sell the 20's, get 17 or 18's, 8.5 or 9, +16 ,6, or 0, , 6x135, 87.1 center bore.
I'd go 3" or more. with reservoirs (heat) and adjustments (ride).
Give us an update. Were all enjoying the build process.

entry: upgrade to your favorite color monotube shocks :bilstein 5100, eibach, fox 2.0
stock wheels, 34's x 11 .
if you do wheels, stock offset or close to stock specs is ideal for tire clearance.

as someone who has over built multiple trucks for """overlanding""" the fancy shocks are awesome but usually not needed as all your camping gear is in the back and you'll blow up beers if you go fast to make use of those fancy shocks.
