I'm suspecting possibly a multi panel tailgate similar to what GM has, plus updated taillights and grill.

the tip of the antenna is just above the height of the roof, so entering parking garages, if the antenna hits, you know you won't fit. at least that's what i've heard. The stubborn refusal to go to a shark fin-style antenna is almost admirable, but here's hoping push-button start becomes a standard XLT feature.
You'd rather have an ugly fin versus flush, surface mounted antennas? That seems silly. Furthermore, there are (2) antennae now for the various modes of communication the truck uses, incl. wifi, terrestrial radio, satellite radio, and cellular. The stubborn refusal to go to a shark fin-style antenna is almost admirable, but here's hoping push-button start becomes a standard XLT feature.
Ignoring the subjective parts of your question, yes. You'd rather have an ugly fin versus flush, surface mounted antennas?
OK.That seems silly.
And since you can handle all of that through one (1) sharkfin antenna, you're sort of making my point for me?Furthermore, there are (2) antennae now for the various modes of communication the truck uses, incl. wifi, terrestrial radio, satellite radio, and cellular.
Would (4) different frequency bands perform the same, through that? Probably not. I personally think they'd look out of place on F150 but hey. Wifeys Explorer has one so I guess I'm covered.Ignoring the subjective parts of your question, yes.
OK.

I get that YMMV, but I've never had any issues with sharkfins, and they've been on all my cars since I traded in my '04 Xterra. Adding things like wi-fi hotspots and connected vehicle services haven't introduced any hiccups for me. Now aesthetics are a whole different ballgame and I'll agree you can do it badly (looking at you, GM half-tons).Would (4) different frequency bands perform the same, through that? Probably not. Yeah, the "SD" bumper steps. Maybe the Expedition or Raptor rear coils.Do we get the SD bumper Step ???? This makes me happy!![]()
Subjectively speaking, my wife’s 2019 F150 has the sharkfin. Side by side, she prefers the way my antennae are. Maybe it’s the position, but she thinks the newer style looks nicer.Ignoring the subjective parts of your question, yes.
OK.

you realize how many things GM stole from Ford as well ? A lot more I promise you that. I don’t have a problem with it. It helps me get in the bed , I could care less who thought about itYeah, the "SD" bumper steps. Maybe the Expedition or Raptor rear coils.
Definitely not any GM ideas...
Kinda flew right over you I see.you realize how many things GM stole from Ford as well ? A lot more I promise you that. I don’t have a problem with it. It helps me get in the bed , I could care less who thought about it![]()
Reminds me of the curb feelers that folks used to use.The tip of the antenna is just above the height of the roof, so entering parking garages, if the antenna hits, you know you won't fit. at least that's what i've heard.
Probably similar to any other new year switchover? October-November-is?Any idea when the 2024 F150 start of production will be?
