I have officially escaped Limbo! The truck I ordered on 19 Sep, 2023 was picked up yesterday afternoon/evening. It is, "Amaze-balls!"

Forgive the delay in posting photos, but by the time I pulled into the driveway, it was a tick before 9pm and a thunderstorm was rolling in.

I also ask you forgive the photobombing, but I know a great many have been awaiting evidence a PAT-equipped F-150 exists.

I sincerely hope you're happy with the PAT over the long run. Each person's use habits vary, for myself it's not a particularly desirable feature, I'm happy to have the fully-powered drop-down tailgate with the often-used 'step-and-pole' for bed access.

Choices are good, IMO, I 'wish' both tailgate options could be offered on Lariat+ trims, but so it goes.

Again, in no way detracting from your truck, it looks very sharp and I wish you many happy miles!

@lrb_35128 What are you plans for the protecting the bed? I was a little surprised such a high end truck didn't come with something....like the spray in liner.

That's what I was thinking, its still a powered tailgate when wanting the full gate down!

No bumper/other steps.

Actually, I got a call from my salesman as I was driving over. As this was the second PAT they'd seen (1st KR), Mitchell wanted to know if he could use my truck for a video.

Although I told him, "yes", because Mitchell, "wanted to be respectful of *my* time", he only shot a few shorts, not an entire video. I saw Mitchell in the showroom and told him I expected the financing bits to take a while (had to coord w/ the wife remotely), and to go ahead. He still deferred.

Ford is happy to charge you for that "privilege".

I've got a package deal lined up in TX to get a spray-in, tonneau, and borla dual exhaust.

I've also got another deal set to ceramic tint *all* windows, including the panoramic moonroof
