2023 build date

Ordered my 2023 XLT SUPERCREW 2WD w/ 5.0, 6.5’ bed , Sport pkg , 302A & a few other options from the factory. Most of my options will be DIO. Received an email today with VIN & build date for the week of 11/07. Quite surprised since I didn’t order until 8/29/22. Really thought it would be sometime next year. Just passing on info because I read some posts where guys thought they weren’t building any 5.0’s yet. Hopefully things stay on track. I’ll post any updates. Don’t know if it matters if where you live determines when your truck will be built but I’m in Chesapeake, Va.

I ordered last week and figured I wouldn’t see the truck until spring at the soonest. Got the email this morning that it’s scheduled for 11/7. We will see if it actually happens, but I was surprised. Ordered a 502A with 3.5 eco and the BAP in avalanche.

We are truck twins. Ordered a 5.0 same date and just got my Vin also for same production date. Crazy.

3.5 eco lariat ordered 9/1 and just received build date of 11/7 in Dearborn. Shocked I was drawn.

I feel the same as you. Ordered and confirmed July 30th. I’ve seen some trucks with same specs as mine get scheduled who ordered weeks after me.

Just joined the website. Placed an order with the local dealer on 9/3.

Rcvd two emails so far. One on 9/7 confirming the order being placed. Another on 9/15 stating all part had been procured and it was scheduled for production on 10/17.

Order tracking URL had been partially working (some info not present). Today the order tracking URL returns "This vehicle is not yet available in order tracking at this time, please check back later".

Reading the posts here my expectation is to take delivery next Spring. I hope Ford exceeds my expectations

Is anyone able to use the tracker in the scheduling email to see anything on their truck? I keep getting an error?

If you talk to ford chat, you'll eventually be scheduled for a build date instead of a build week. That's a good sign, usually 2-3 weeks out. Doesn't mean you won't get bumped, though. Ford should post your window sticker about a week prior to production. Don't recall seeing anyone not go down the line after WS posts
