Nice looking truck.
As for that 'rubbing' its a common issue, there is an add-on flap on the inner fender, and it tends to curl toward the tire, so if you heat it up and bend it back, it won't rub anymore, on the Passenger side.

I concur with the rubbing diagnosis. I run the same size on my rig - did as instructed here. No rubbing. Might be a little different as I am on a ReadyLift 2" level on FX4.
