Yea you’re raising a lot more questions than answers haha. I know you aren’t doing it intentionally, but one guy with a 22 swapped his APIM with a 2021 APIM to get the color change ambient lighting and I thought he also changed his ambient lights.Yes if you make the required changes in forscan the option comes up on sync 4. Now you can adjust the color and brightness level. Something has changed with the Ford powerup mine is on 6.5.0
I think what he’s saying is ford fixed the bug in the software, that now allows color change to work again. If you want the lights to change color you’ll have to do the APIM change via forscan, then swap all the lights out to color change ones. Then the lights will change colors. Just making the change via forscan won’t do anythingYea you’re raising a lot more questions than answers haha. Is your truck and APIM stock? Have you swapped any items?
Gotcha, so you did change out all the ambient lighting, good to knowYes my truck is stock nothing has been changed. Other then switching the ice blue lights to the color ones.
I’ve yet to see an XLT have the wiring at the connectors for the door so most likely not.Would the ambient door lights be PnP on a 2021 XLT 302A?
