As the title says what is everyone using for LED's in their license plate lights? I looked at the options on F150LEDS.com and they look a bit pricy, any other recommendations?

Here ya go. Inexpensive and direct replacements. These are glass silica bulbs so they fit perfectly:

Only $16 for the pair. Actually less, since our CrystaLux bulbs are 15% off right now for 4th of July

I was going to pop in some I took off my 2020 but I recall those flickering in the camera, which was annoying but it was strictly a camera thing. Anyone else had the same experience with other leds?

I’m more concerned about the flickering in the camera view on the inside of the truck. Because leds don’t work the same as regular bulbs

Goose, did you replace the cargo lights as well? Just look super bright in the picture.
Yes sir. Ordered all four at same time. Took like 10 minutes. SUPER bright looking at cargo now.

Just a heads up that not all 194s will fit.

I already had some T10 194s that looked identical to the Morimoto T10 3.0, but came from a small LED shop I was going to mention here, but they were actually a little too tall and were pressing against the lens after install.

I opted for the brightest Osram 194 T10s from Advance that were like $5 after some Advance bucks.

My eyes are struggling to find the difference between the Diode Dynamics and Crystalux LEDs, could be different internally, but the housings look identical.
