2022 F-150 ordering & start of production dates

I'm in central NY and ordered my 2022 F150 Lariat Powerboost last Friday. During the build the dealer told me my selection of spray in bedliner would hold up the build significantly. I removed it and will have it done locally. All other features should be ok. I received an email from Ford today that my build week was scheduled for January 10th..

Yeah, my dealer also told me the spray-in would hold things up and that they could do it locally for a bit less money. I thought, what the heck, let's see if I can get them to throw it in for free to close the deal, and they did!

Ordered and received confirmation from Ford on 10/28. Ordered space white 302A, FX4, sport appearance package. spray in bed liner and a few other small things. My priority is 2, however as of today no order number or VIN. I was told Ford sends out updates only on Friday ( not sure if that's true). Let's hope I hear something soon, I ordered a tremor back in August that didn't get built...

Try taking off the bedliner, it might be slowing things down? I got my VIN from Ford yesterday (Wednesday), so I don't think the Friday only thing is necessarily true.

Yes, I ordered my Limited PB back on Oct 4th with the sprayin bedliner. Got my VIN with build week of 12/6 on Oct 29th.

About 25% of our 11/1 build week trucks had spray in bed liner and all have been built and shipped. Most shipped about 5 days after trucks without it.

Honestly have been tracking orders since July when I submitted mine and the only two things that I have seen guaranteed to cause big delays are not having Adaptive Steering on a Platinum or KR, having the snow Plow pkg, or now adding the BAP to a 22. Outside of that its all over the map. Just my opinion YMMV

Build Date 1/10/22. Ordered 10/7. Lariat Hybrid with 6.5' bed. Rapid Red, Co-pilot Assist, Tow Tech, spray in bedliner.

As far as we've seen, no one has received a scheduled build week for this upcoming week, despite Job #1 date beginning today for Dearborn. Not sure why, I speculate it's so they can do some stock orders to get out to dealers, combined with Thanksgiving, but that's a complete guess on my part. The earliest for 2022 build week that I've seen (and am a part of, so far) is 11/29.

Not sure why, I speculate it's so they can do some stock orders to get out to dealers, combined with Thanksgiving, but that's a complete guess on my part. The earliest for 2022 build week that I've seen (and am a part of, so far) is 11/29.

As of now I'm with you in that week(11/29), hopefully this next 10 days gives them time to be rolling them out as scheduled
