All good, I had it coming. I couldn't find it on my phone and had to resort to the computer.... Still haven't found out if the rear seat on the XLT Black package has an arm rest. I searched the guide but couldn't find that specific reference.

Sorry. I read that wrong. Guide says dual exhaust requires 4x4 AND EB.

Now I am starting to wonder if you can get the Black Appearance Package with a PB or will it only come on 4x4’s with the EB and 4x4? That would suck.
