2021 powerboost hard shifting.

First off let me say I love my truck, even with all the issues I have experience. Since the first week of owning my truck I noticed the hard shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Already knew about it before getting the truck, I researched it. Been dealing with it for 20 months. Until recently I had a DTC for auxiliary battery isolator malfunction. And truck wouldn't go into electric drive at all. Took it to the dealer and I also read the TSB for the repair. It said replace isolater and reprogram PCM. Dealer did as such. Picked up truck and code is gone. Drove home and everything was fine. Didn't know Until the next day that, I.No longer had that hard shifting from 2nd to 3rd. My Truck drives smooth and no issues. Except my rear Axles clicking constantly. I was told they have updated axles coming out in October. Hopefully I solves the issues. So anyway if you are experiencing hard shifting ask the dealer to reprogram the PCM.

Rear axles clicking? Do you have a max tow? That could be your sheered bolt head rolling around in the middle of the wheel!?

Yea.I been down that road twice already. I've had axles replaced 3 times already for.broken bolts. Theres just a continuous clicking metallic sound. Ford said it's the axles and they have a new manufacture. Butt won't be released until October. So I have to deal with it until then
