2021 missing features??

I have a 2021 XLT 3.5 FX4 with the 302a package. Truck says it’s up to date, but I’m having 2 issues:
1- I cannot access the reverse cam while driving, which multiple other people with the same truck tell me they can
2- I do not see any option in my menu to configure gauges to see my boost gauge. I’ve followed same steps as shown in YouTube videos to no avail. I do not have the “configure gauges” option anywhere that I can find

Well the truck saying it is up to date doesn't mean it actually is....Go into settings/General/About Sync and see what revision you are running. You're most likely not up to date.

The gauge configuration is in the instrument panel menu, Go to Menu/Setting/Configure Gauges

The only option under menu settings is Vehicle maintenance

Uh....wow. Yeah I don't have any explanation for what is going on there....You might need to head over to the VIN lookup forum (https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/request-vin-lookup-thread.13393/page-181#post-343861) and see if you have a pending module update that could be causing your issues....

Use the up arrow on the right side of the wheel . You are at the bottom of the list of options from what I can see. Menu, up arrow x 4,

So I accidentally solved the problem with the boost gauge. While troubleshooting my SCT tuner over the phone with SCT, they had me disconnect the battery for 15 minutes. After I did this, everything in the truck reset and I now see the configure gauges option and got the boost gauge to come up!!!

Still no luck with the reverse cam while driving tho. And still not able to force any updates either :/

Looks like your truck is one that has "skipped" updates as rugedraw has been warning about lately.

You'll need FDRS and maybe more help to get you back on track. Suggest heading over to the VIN lookup thread.

OH, you have an aftermarket tuner....you failed to mention that in the first post...First rule of aftermarket, if it ain't working like its supposed to, return to stock and verify (rules out anything you did).

As for the camera thing, is the reverse camera while driving a ford add, or is that a FORSCAN change? I don't recall.... I know ford added the ability to see your bed camera while driving, in the little side card apps...just don't recall on the tailgate camera.

Well the truck is still stock. The tuner has not worked since I got it which is why I was on the phone with SCT, so that should be irrelevant to the issue I was having with the gauges.

I think it is only with 360 cameras. That uses the camera in the HBL above the back window.
