2021 Leadfoot Crew Cab Leveled on Eibach suspension and 305/65R18.

One week report - A week after putting the tires and Eibach coilovers I drove it about 600 miles over the past week with a mix of highway and city with one 200 mile road trip. Across the board I lost about 2-3 MPG, I am now getting around 15MPG In the city and 20 MPG at 70 MPH on the highway.
It rides super smooth, much better around the turns and a lot more stability all around (tough definitely a little stiffer but for the better).
There is no noticeable loss of power due to the larger tires and the truck is just as quick and zippy as it was before the modifications.
The suspension did settle about half an inch which is good because it lifted it a total of 3 inches after installation and now it’s 2.5 inches.
the overall lift including the added height from the tires is almost 3.5 inches.
The front height from the ground to the top of the wheel well is now 40.5 inches and 41.5 inches in the rear.
I have the max tow package so I have the extra leaf spring in the rear so I had 3.5 inches of rake to start out with, which is why I still have 1 inch of rake but you can barely even notice but I like that for when I occasionally tow or have a load in the bed.

Your truck looks awesome to me that is perfect, a whisker more in rear always looks just right. I will have to call Eibach next week, and push them a little to see were they are on the 5.0 liter. Did you happen to notice if the rear shocks were double action [resistance both up and down].

When you talked to Eibach did they say what was the difference in the 2.0 coil overs, and the stage one coil overs.

The main reason I got them is because of the height adjustability which can be done once on the truck which also changes the preload on the springs (it comes with a spanner wrench) so you wouldn’t have to take them apart to change your ride height.
These are a different product from the PRO-TRUCK LIFT struts that require a spring compressor and the factory top hat and are more comparable to the bilstein 5100s.
If you are waiting for something similar for your 5.0 check out the HALO LIFTS/ALUMA LIFT they are also adjustable and are great quality, but they are a little more expensive then the EIBACH’s. Hope this helps.

I got them off ETSY for $23.99, honestly I took a gamble figured it was worth the risk and came out great.
I was originally looking for custom painted emblems but the cheapest I saw was 250 for a pair, the overlays are cheaper and easier to install since the emblem disassembly is annoying on both ends.

Called Eibach and they said the 3.5 EB and the 5.0 probably have a totally different strut with a different spring perch groove. Ya, it makes sense now. He said don't expect it to settle. I could drop it down he said and get 2 in.. I going to leave it for now vs spending another $600. Like the ride the rear ones are going on Friday. Went with geolander 295/70/18. Lots of room on stock rims.

What's the long-term review of those Eibach coilovers? Did you happen to ever adjust the perch from the preset out-of-the-box position? I ordered the Stage 2 package and wondering how much to back off preload to get 2" of lift/level. Any complaints? Thanks!

no issues at all, halogens get affected by tint but LED lights are way more powerful and only it you go all black you might see a small difference.
You can install the tint with confidence.

I know this is an older thread, I was just curious how the Lamin X is holding up.. I see some reviews about clarity issue with an “orange peel” looking finish.. your pictures don’t show any of that and your truck looks great. I was just wondering if your still happy

What tow mirrors are you running? Or did you just smoke the lense?

@Rafi M: Great looking truck! I'm interested in 305/65R18 KO2s for my '22 Tremor, but I've heard that the 33.6" diameter that is advertised by BFG is incorrect and that these tires are smaller than advertised. Can you confirm?

Here is the truck complete with everything, there is no rubbing or scrubbing with the tire size and offset, the tire measures out to be 33.6 inches.
The Eibach coilovers ride great so far and I will see how it settles over the next few days.
Eibach stated that the coilovers would be set at a kit 2.5” of lift out of the box, it looks like it lifted it almost 3 inches so I suspect I just needs to settle.
When you account for the added height with the taller tire as well total height gained in the front is nearly 4 inches, I’m assuming it will go down 0.2-0.3 of an inch, will update next week on that.
I will also test MPG this week and see how much I lost with this set up.

Would the taillight tint fit an xl trim truck?

It looks like the kit has a cut out for the rear radar sensor? Thanks

So front and rear eibachs work with max tow even tho online they said it doesnt?
