Looking at purchasing a 2021 Lariat chrome addition that had the bumper painted and a STX grill added. Truck has 2.5” fox lift and 295/65/20 Ridge Grapplers. The rims are 20x9 with a +25 offset.

Question#1 -Is 63k too much for this truck with 8k miles?

Question#2- can I put 20x9 +20 offset without a problem?

Does it have other options/packages? I don't know how much that lift/wheel package costs but I ordered my 501A 4x4 lariat with max tow, 3.5L EB, 360 camera, autopilot assist and sport package for $52k before taxes.

Stickered for $61k before the factory rebates. Ended up getting it for $52k with all rebates/discounts but before tax

That seems like a smoking deal, good for you! Was this recently, just trying to get an idea of what is normal right now. Most places seem to want sticker right now.

looking at the bottom right date it was built around Nov. 4th 2020. Also they did not raise the price on the engine like I have noticed on newish trucks. The Hybrid has gone from $2500 to $3000+ on the sticker.

Depends on your area, but it only took two calls to other deals to get invoice pricing, and then I found granger and got an even better price. So it depends on what you’re willing to do. Msrp is not what people are paying that do a little bit of homework.
I did have one dealer in my area tell me they are only selling at msrp. Zero negotiation. So I too told them to pound sand and I’ll never buy a vehicle from them.

I had three in the MPLS area tell me this as well and they added that I wouldn't get a better deal anywhere. I sent my order quote (3% under invoice) to two of them asking if they would like to meet it, that was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I ordered my truck the same day I got the quote and will buy out of state for the 4th time in the last 5 vehicles.
