Very minor plastic trimming on Air Dam and Wheel Well Liners, after dealership completed alignment had to loosen passenger front crash bar and push it forward 1/4". No other rubbing once crash bar was repositioned. Fuel economy prior to build 22 mph, so far average after build 17.6 mpg.

Truck looks great! I am going to talk to my dealer about the speedo and relearn process, and have a local shop looking into ordering the BDS kit for me (sounds like a significant wait at the moment).

Just curious: What kind of mpg hit did you take after the tires and lift?

I have a Powerboost with a 4" BDS lift and 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Before lift was averaging 19+ and could get 22-24 if I really grandma'd it. After the lift and tires I'm averaging 15+ and can get 17-19 if I really grandma it.

That’s not too bad considering. Thanks so much for the reply! Truck looks amazing.

I order a BDS 6" coil over and they said it would be about 8-10 weeks, it shipped to me a week later. Bought it on trailsend.com, it was almost $700 less then BDS site. greta customer service too, a guy was emailing me updates constantly.

Thank you for that info, I have now found a 6” coil over, and both 4 & 6 in the standard kits now. Going to confirm a couple last things with my local installer before I order.

Its hard to tell without an odometer adjustment. Bigger tires lower the trucks calculation and mileage you put on

I'm really digging this!!
Do you have the measurement for the highest point on the cab? It needs to fit in my garage.

Curious if this is hand calculated or if via the included calculated gauge did you adjust the Odometer for the larger tires?

From garage floor to highest point of truck roof it measures 80 inches. With 8' garage door opening (94 inch clearance) I have an extra 14 inches of opening clearance, and 12 inches of clearance when measuring to the track rails. Hope that helps you out.

Odometer was adjusted and calculated using the trip calculator so not as 100% accurate as putting a full tank in, driving it, the filling again and calculating based on miles driven and gallons used.

Did your lift kit affect any of the sensors like the intelligent cruise control or the lane keeping technology? The big thing i am worried about is blue cruise not working after the lift. Also, How does your 360 view camera look after the lift?

Nothing affected! Everything works great just as it did prior to lift and bigger tires.
