Crossing through a small ditch at a 45 degree I noticed a knocking sound. My son crawled under and discovered the drive shaft was hitting the fuel tank guard anyone else have this issue?

I have this issue, heat shields were applied with a glue that is releasing... my F150 is 4 months and has 5141.6 miles. the edge is rubbing on the drive shaft knuckles, sounds like a playing card in my spokes from when I was 6 years old.
