It looks like you have different wheels and tires – do you have factory suspension or FX4 or other mods?No unfortunately.
The front right tire is up and the right rear is almost off the ground. The tires and rims are not factory. It came with 20’s and I put on 18’s with 33” Cooper stt pros. I just had a 3”rough country lift kit put on Friday and it dose the same thing. It looks like you have different wheels and tires – do you have factory suspension or FX4 or other mods?
What was the suspension doing?
Was it right rear wheel up or down, right front wheel up or down?
I'll go twist up my truck and get a photo to see what mine does.
I've been meaning to do this to look at getting a better sway bar for on-road handling and then have a quick release for off-road.
I'll probably just twist it up till a front tire comes off the ground then repeat for a rear tire to come off the ground then repeat for the other side.
I put crossed up my truck, but couldn't see any way for the driveshaft to get near the tank. I tried to get some photos, but nothing came out clearly. Also, my truck is a 6.5 bed and yours is a 5.5 and modified, so I don't think I'm much help to you. But I did get a look at how the suspension flexes (I'm looking to get a stiffer rear sway and quick-release links for better on-road cornering and still decent front/rear articulation.) I was impressed by how the rear could flex, but the front doesn't have much travel.
Im getting the exact same symptoms. Heading to dealer this morning, ill report back with findings.no photos but happened to me on a road trip recently.
rubbing or vibrations felt under rear cab when moving, loud clanks when you back up.
ended up being heat shield that came loose. wife felt it drop or come loose while sitting in drive-thru a day or two earlier.
