Those cracks look like ESC (Environmental Stress Cracking). Headlights are molded using Polycarbonate resin, and is susceptible to ESC when exposed to specific stress cracking chemicals (acetone/nail polish remover, paint thinner, other garage 'cleaners', residue left on microfiber cloths, etc.). Not sure what (or who) is washing your truck - I'd suggest double check environmental possibilities first before lambasting a dealer....
