Can you explain what "wired inline" means here? You just mean plugged into the AC outlet or did you find a way to tap into the DC from the truck bed?
I guess I wrote that a little confusing. I have a Jackery built into one of the storage boxes of the Decked, and plugged into the Pro Power outlets. That way I can plug my fridge into the Jackery instead of into the truck. Gives me the freedom of having the fridge powered continuously, and when I drive to a new camp site, it re-charges the Jackery while the fridge is still powered on without having to switch plugs.

I'm going to guess fully loaded for a long weekend, somewhere around 1200 lbs loaded to roll, with 2 people.

157 Lariat would have about 1900lbs payload.

1900 no way. More like 1400-1600 but all depends on options. I have 157 PB and it’s 1490.

I unfortunately don't have a 35" spare yet, I'm just carrying tire plugs for the time being. I still have my stock spare under the truck, that I plan to replace soon. I think I remember reading some posts that a 35" tire fits in the stock spare carrier.

Ah, I missed it was a PB. I've got 1948 on my 157 EB 500a 4x4.

Totally, depends on options. I spent several months of research to hit the payload I did. I didn't get too deep on the PB hit as ultimately I wanted max payload, lower weight, and barely drive daily.

I'm still rolling with my load estimate, with him being very comfortable.
