2013 ford svt raptor won't start or run

I have a 2013 ford raptor that just died, it had an oil change one night and next morning would not start or run. Had it hauled to ford dealer #1, they kept it 40 days ran 800.00 worth of diagnostics still no run, towed back home had mobile mechanic check can't communicate with ECM, had it towed to Ford #2, changed all the fuses, relays, starter, alternator, serpentine belt. diagnostics, 4,000.00 still no start, no run, towed back home , had 2nd mobile mechanic(Expert????) diagnostics and re-key 400.00, still no start, ford dealer # 3, 2 weeks 800.00 diagnostic, won't communicate with ECM, new ECM, no communicator, now want 3,000.oo to change wiring harness. any body got qny ideas other than scape metal????
