Do we know if powered outlets available in the cabin as well as the bed and would equipment be able to be powered while the truck is being driven vs parked at a job site ?

I have read in various places that the power IS available while actually driving. The reference was to how you could charge your RV batteries while driving to the site or cook your dinner in a crock pot to have ready for you. Now this is what is being bandied about by others.
To add to your line of inquiry.
IF you have the power on board option, does the board get power from the drive battery to a specified draw point, OR does the truck engine HAVE to be running for the power outlets to be supplied ?
That makes a BIG difference in the real world uses of the power.
Ford talks up a storm about this power on board, and I am seriously looking into one for my personal conversion to being a full time RV'er in the summer, but the details about the electrical power availability are simply useless so far. If you are boondocking, this information is critical
