I took a roadtrip on my 21' F150 Platinum. Drove slightly over 1400 miles from Sacramento to Seattle (spent time with family there) and then back.
Truck has a 3.0 Powerstroke diesel, is leveled 2.25", riding on 20x9 fuel blitz wheels and 295/60/20 Nitro Ridge Grapplers. Spent most of the trip in the 65 to 72 MPH range, with the exception of the last few hours of the drive home, I was really eager to get back in my own bed.
Overall, this is hands down the most comfortable drive I have ever had. This truck, especially in the higher trims, truly is the ultimate roadtrip vehicle. I can't wait for my drive to Dallas later this year.
Here is the fuel summary for the trip: (note, truck never fell below approx 30% fuel)
Tank 1: 369.9 miles / 18.384 gallons / $68 / 20.120 MPG / $0.183 per mile / Oregon
Tank 2: 338.6 miles / 14.441 gallons / $59.19 / 23.447 MPG / $0.174 per mile / Washington
Tank 3: 367.9 miles / 16.179 gallons / $66.32 / 22.739 MPG / $0.180 per mile / Oregon
Tank 4: 331.4 miles / 16.295 gallons / $75.92 / 20.337 MPG / $0.229 per mile / California
1407.8 miles / 65.299 gallons / $269.43 / 21.559 MPG
Tank 1: Up into the PNW, heavy cross wind
Tank 2: Slight rain, up and down, multiple traffic stops, slower speeds
Tank 3: Good weather, multiple stops, up and down, slighter higher cruising speed
Tank 4: Good weather, multiple stops, mostly flat, 75-82 MPH speeds

And of course, some photos.
