12 inch Infotainment system randomly reboots while driving

This has happened twice now in the first 500 miles since I’ve got the truck. Driving along and the screen will go black, music shuts off, then a couple seconds later the the screen turns back on at the Ford logo. Anyone else had this issue or a fix?

Yup, happened a couple of times. Navigation stops, everything just pops black, including the instrument cluster, for a few seconds than comes back. Scares the bejesus out of you, especially when you drive in the middle of freaking nowhere Mississippi.
Complained to the dealer, caught the technician on dashcam says "there is no update, but I'll write update was done otherwise I won't get paid".

I am having this same issue, less than 2 months after new APIM. 21 lariat f150 502A Sync version 23159 Rev 915. Any resolution to this issue?
