Here’s my first window of delivery from Dearborn. I got a flexible flight booked for Dec 5th so if I’d don’t get an update next week then will move that flight on back.

I am in the same boat, er parking lot ! my activation pending. maybe somebody will push accept!!
I suppose if they do we can see their locations on the map. of course I would rather see the truck in my garage!!

Howdy fellas! Joined up researching my new truck. (SGM-Tremor, 401A, PP)
For info: Ordered 9/9. Built 11/9. Delivery to Granger 11/19-11/25. Yah, sure. I sort of doubt it's waiting there as no change in shipping status has been sent to me. Also Chip has not said it's showed.
Wonder how many of you guys will be there when I fly in to sign papers. LOL

Why do so many folks buy through/ship to Granger?

Mine was because in the PNW all the dealers wanted some ADM between $5-$10k back when I started looking. They played a good game of leading me along but where the metal meats the meat, they backed out. They can pound sand. I bet they are re-thinking that.
Chip (Granger) no BS said he would do 3% below invoice and sent my build sheet back. Local dealers wouldn't even talk about such a thing so I told Chip to order away.
I can no kidding, fly out and drive it back and still save $10k.

I bought the wife’s Subaru outback during the pandemic because I had to and it was a nightmare to negotiate.
When I decides to do a custom build f150, I pinged a few dealers in town (Louisiana) and no one would budge on msrp pricing and kept asking me to come in to listen to their sales pitch.
After joining this forum, I heard about granger no BS transparent pricing 3% below invoice. I worked with Savannah with an online build and it was an easy experience that was all done through email and phone. I’ll probably save about $7k off msrp by the time I factor in the travel expenses and fuel. I also figured since they were a high volume dealership that I would possibly get delivery sooner.

I originally ordered a MY22 through a local dealer, in Oregon, at MSRP back on May 11th. MSRP was at 75k
On September 30th Ford canceled all of the MY22 orders from that dealer without a VIN.
I sent Granger a price check with my MY22 build on 10/1. at the time Ford still didn't have the MY23 build listed.
Got a response back, gave my local dealer the option to meet the price. They basically said it was great deal and I should take it. I think they though I wouldn't want to make the drive. But for a 7k lower price, 5k lower than a MY22 from them with the new price factored. I can drive. Thanks.
I also worked with Savannah @Granger Ford, she has been great and looking forward to meeting her ... soon I hope.
I should also mention that my build is done and it is pending shipment with an ETA of 12/4 - 12/10. Not going to place any bets on it. but that is way better progress than my MY22 build. Dealer matters.

Come On Henry !! Ford boasts building a truck every 53 seconds. BFD if they just move em to a parking lot. and seriously, check your window sticker, paying $1795 for Destination and Delivery.
I have shipped several cars via enclosed carrier across the country for about the same amount. and they get delivered to my driveway.

I am with ya. wish they offered a way to pick it up at the factory.
wish I could just pick it up myself. it would be less than 3 days.

It looks like bottleneck is more so in shipping now looking at those of us with MY2023 builds. Winter weather isn’t going to make that any easier!

I was thinking the same. We had a car delivered to my driveway for $1300 and it made it here in less than a week....plus no nasty rail dust or heavily encrusted bug guts.
Not excited about the truck anymore.
