Found out today that my 11/23 blend date truck is on chip hold. Is there anyway to determine what feats is causing the chip hold? I can’t believe I have a unique option causing the hold. I have a XLT 302A PB, 4x4, that is loaded, trailer tow (not max tow), B&O, 360 camera, co-pilot 2.0, 7.2kw Pro Power, other options, but nothing computer based.
I was told by Hranger I am on chip hold. I do have some module data populated.

Is there any way to determine what the hold up is?

They will not tell you what the hold up is. You have to kind of do your own research. I doesn’t have to be a unique truck to be on chip hold. Mine was an instrument panel cluster. Some have been badging. Some right now seem to be the 18 speaker B and O system. Hope your hold is short and your build gets done quickly.

Since mine is the XLT, I just have 8 speaker B&O.

I have heard it’s the co-pilot 2.0. Those were being force removed due to lack of chips. They don’t have the chips to maintain the automated driving/parking. It’s been in a bunch of these forums if you try searching for them, I’m sure you’ll find something

Not true, several Dearborn trucks have been shipped. My local dealer already has had several customer orders delivered.

Yes I heard that also about the co-pilot 2.0 and was ready to cancel if it was forced removed. However when my 11/22 blend window sticker was populated it was included. Mine was a pretty loaded xlt as well but a 5.0 not PB KC build. Arrived at Granger Thursday 12/1 chip said they got over 30 trucks in and are going through final pre delivery inspection. Very excited and feel blessed for a quick turnaround. Good luck I hope you are not on chip hold for long.

and I still don't get how they can give an ETA on something arriving when they still have not shipped it yet.

Chip at Granger told me before ordering that C0-Pilot 2.0 Active (so the one on Lariat and above) was on chip hold. This was in October. I do not think the regular 2.0 assist on XLT is on chip hold.

Weird, I ordered the same exact truck and had the same blend date, mine says built awaiting shipping. Xlt 157” PB 302a 360 cam, tow package, co pilot, b&o and 7.2kw
