Update from dealer today with the railcar # and that it was loaded on the train yesterday at 2:50 eastern time. The train has not moved yet though. I will have to try the tracking phone call to Norfolk Southern to see if I can get anymore info.
What phone # are you calling to reach Norfolk Southern to track? I have a railcar # from my dealer but don't know where to go track it. I've tried the NS app but can't figure that out. LOL.

What phone # are you calling to reach Norfolk Southern to track? I have a railcar # from my dealer but don't know where to go track it. I've tried the NS app but can't figure that out. LOL.
Seems like I read somewhere on this forum to NOT talk to anyone there. Only use the phone options below. If you are transferred to a person, hang up.

Call 1-800-635-5768
Choose option 2 for Intermodal
Choose option 2 for Tracing
It will ask for the equipment ID which is your railcar number. Enter the alpha portion of the number when asked and then the numeric when asked. It will repeat the info to you to verify. You will get a recording of current status.

Something resembling:
"YOUR_RAILCAR_NUMBER Intermediate arrival on train Monroe, MI November 30 11:48AM"

Status just updated. Had a 11/16 blend date. Curious if it could be held for chips etc or if we are on the way to getting shipped!

Latest update from Norfolk Southern says my truck hit Chattanooga less than an hour ago. That's about 3 hours away from me.

After sitting at the train yard for close to a week, my truck is at the dealer ready for me. Unfortunately, I am out of town and won’t be able to pick it up until Tues or Wed.

Completely in the dark about the shipping status of my order... Trackers are down, palsapp is still showing it at the world of fun lot, nothing on United Road, or any details from my dealer... Getting frustrated ?

Mine is finally ready. Had 11/16 build date but Ford mistakenly shipped my truck directly to Chapman instead of drop-shipping directly to my local dealer in TX. My deal was written up to have a courtesy delivery at local dealer nearby. It all added another week to my wait time but my truck is being delivered directly to my house later today. I'm so pumped.

Hi there, any help tracking or advice would be greatly appreciated. Shop.Ford site screenshot is attached, the Gen14 site seems to show an invalid vin # recently. My dealer says my truck was loaded on a rail car on 11/18 and he hasn’t seen an update since. Checked United Road, it hasn’t reached their rail station spot in Florida, so they have it as inactive. Called ford customer service and was transferred around and they weren’t much help. Any info or insights would be greatly appreciated.
