We made it to RVA. Going to be here for the weekend. Averaging 21.5mpg. Playing a little with locking out higher gears and using the brake to get into electric mode. Tranny is smooth to me. I do see it skip 2nd, but it is a hell of a lot smoother than the 8sp I previously had on the 2019 Silverado.

I had the same thoughts on the transmission. After all the posts on it I was expecting much harsher shifts but I found it to be smoother than my previous canyon. I also found the B&O stereo to be good not stellar but not nearly as bad as some of the posts I've seen. In fact the only thing so far that I do agree with is the automatic steps are really load, not a big deal but I do agree they are load going in and out.

Yeah, I also have the 8sp standard B&O, I did have to set it to stereo, fade to rear a little and adjust the tone, but that's pretty normal for any car or home system.

Just noticed the blend date and seq # is at the bottom of this sticker. That's cool.

Picked my truck up on Thursday. Had the dealer install window tint, tonneau cover, amp powersteps, rear wheel well liners, and 2” level kit. Got wheels and tires from Discount tire (fuel blitz gloss black 20x9 +20, Nitto Ridge Grappler 295/60/20), added some husky mud flaps, a rydonair antenna, and F150 tailgate lettering. Here’s some pics! Hope the remaining few get their trucks soon!

I sent the info to Steven and numbers he offered were not too low compare to others For my trade. with sales tax savings, I did not wanted to send to auction myself and took the offer.

Missions accomplished. Similar experience to UGA. Overall everything went well but there seemed to be multiple things that got lost in communications.

Congrats! It looks like our trucks are twin sisters. I’m absolutely loving mine so far. What’s the latest on yours?

Got her home! Best vehicle transaction I have ever had. Worked with Ashlie, Steve & John along with one of their salesman. A two hour drive that was well worth it! Can't wait to go back in 60 months ?

Picked up the truck and I love it. Definitely the most "Foo foo" vehicle I've owned.

Dealer experience was good. Salesman was a class act. No haggling on anything. Got truck at invoice, got 2500 more for my trade than I owed, 1500 in rebates. 0% for 60 mos...

Finance did their best to sell me a warranty for 2500 and maintenance and a few ither things. I did opt for GAP (probably don't need it but...) and tire/wheel package for the full 60 Mos.

Overall very happy


Now...I need to reverse levelit or something. That rear gap/rake is killing me.

Still no truck for me in Nola. Dealer tells me they are going to the rail yard on Monday to figure out what is going on. They are missing 7 units, including mine, and sounds like the rail is giving them a runaround. Truck is lost in purgatory.

Tom was great regarding the trade from the start He knew my history as a salesman and showed me the auction report at the time of the sale and promised to do the same at delivery. However John took over and low balled me when the time came. I showed him the original email and although he never showed me the report as promised, we found solid middle ground that we both could live with. If it wasn’t such a stellar deal on the truck itself, I would have forced seeing the reports.

Thanks and congrats to you as well. I just made it home in the last half hour as my wife and I planned an overnight stay in a town with several outlet shopping centers. The ride home was great. 7 plus hours behind the wheel today and I don’t feel exhausted, that’s a first as I normally hate driving.

So my husband was able to get to the dealership this morning and take delivery of our truck. Unfortunately I don’t get back from my trip until late tomorrow night. I am curious to see the smoked quartz color in the sun but rain is forecast for at least the next 10 days. Can’t wait to get home and see it in person!
