I'm planning to since their price is the same as Flood, etc.
Have you asked them about this? I might have to bring it up while I'm there.

Tom emailed me pricing last month or so when I asked.
Fantastic! That's very encouraging. I'll reach out to Tom and ask.

Will you get PA temp tag to drive back to FL? I still have my valid FL plate from previous truck, but I guess I can switch all that after getting back.

yes, Chapman will charge you $40 for a PA 60 day plate. If you sold your previous truck, FL requires you to surrender it to the tax office within 30 days of sale. If you have a recently surrendered plate (last 5 years), then you don't have to pay the $225 FL new plate fee.

I am getting the ESP through Chapman as well they matched the other bids I had. Steven at Chapman advised those bids were $100 over cost.

FWIW I think Zeigler is $50 over cost but Chapman has been so good to work with I wasn't going to quibble over $50

Really! I thought I could keep it and just use it on my new truck. I sold my truck to Sarasota Ford on July 31 (before I decided on a new F-150) and the tag is valid until Mar 28, 2022 - personalized Army tag. They never mentioned that even I told them of my intentions.

I sold my Silverado back in February and I had to surrender it. It was just the basic sunshine state plate. Check with your tax office to verify and let us know.

Will do. Mine was a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax with 130K miles. Ford dealer gave me best price - even way better than Chevy dealer. Go figure!

You're right -Thanks! Just got off phone with tax office. DMV was very surprised neither Sarasota Ford nor insurance company advised me I needed to surrender my tag. They said my driver's license could be suspended for not turning it in. When I told her it was back in July, she checked my license to make sure it was still valid!

I'll be dropping it off in their special box at tax office this afternoon. She said they'll reissue when new truck arrives.

Thanks again!
