Oddly, it AC starts to run, then when the comrpessor tries to kick in, AC turns off then back on (fan only).

Medical Equipment Repair
I have the 2K onboard Power in my 2021 Lariat. Wish it was a bit more but it actually does what I need it too.
I repair medical equipment, have been able to repair a few tabletop autoclaves with the 2K option.
These particular units draw between 1400 to1600 Watts on average.
For those of you starting compressor motors you will most likely need more starting capacity.
So where as I can use basically an electric heater you would most likely have issues with Ac's, Refrigerators and Microwaves.

Good info here! I went with the 2.4 kW system just like you guys and ended up looking for a TT after it was too late to update my order. I'd love to be able to retrofit it to the 7.2 kW setup too, but just like some of you, the search for parts and such has been fruitless. Until then, this looks like a good fix. Interested to know what setup (dogbones, pigtails, etc.) you guys are using to connect power to your trailers.
