10/31 Club

I purposely omitted a ton of options (bedliner, wheel well liners, etc.) in the hope that it would speed up my order that I only recently placed. Has anyone else found this to be effective in speeding up the process or are there others who have tried this strategy and still waited way longer than expected?

Primary Status “ Awaiting shipment “ on all trackers! Sure hope this is just another screw up by someone not inputting data correctly, as there is no way it will make it from Dearborn to Orlando in six days.

Not this late in the model year. At the beginning of a of the model year newer options may not be available from the suppliers and can delay an order from being picked for production. As the suppliers get cranked up these issues subside. At least this has been my experience.

I'm out of the club now. 10/31 improved to 8/10...and truck showed up TODAY (7/28) at the dealer. Order 2/25, production 4/21, shipped 7/15. I was worried about condition after 3 months parked in Dearborn...but everything looks pristine. There had been some reports of others with rusty rear axles; mine looks great.
Hopefully the rest of you guys will be receiving your trucks soon!

Good question.
The paint has a “flop” to it; looks black and then looks blue depending on angle and light. Maybe getting bumpers to match was too tricky?
I wanted a bench seat so that my dog can ride up front, so I was ok with not getting sport package.
Will probably add the black running boards from parr’s counter; didn’t want chrome ones.

Well my 10/31 did arrive on Friday. Thanks to these forums I was able to track it and phoned and asked if it had arrived. The next day I got a response and this picture from my dealer who is 4 hours away. I like what I am seeing. I pick it up next Monday.

Hoping all goes well and everyone receives there trucks quickly.

Tracker still shows n/a for delivery and an end date of oct 31st.
