What is the trick to getting order track to work. Been putting my info in for couple weeks it says Status Temporarily Unavailable on the bar above truck information. Got modules sticker but no status.

I had the same problem for several days. I wrote to the support person at the bottom of the page and that afternoon it was working again. Still with the same “awaiting shipping”

So my FordPass was activated today. Truck moved from the Proving Grounds to Flat Rock. They do assembly, body shop, and ship from there so who knows

I just got this despite knowing I’m not at that site via FordPass

how did you get this ? Your truck shipped ?

Someone activated my FordPass and my dealer signed me up for VINView

Everytime I hit activate instantly get a message 'feature unavailable.' Probably because the truck is off and sitting in a lot somewhere

That’s pretty cool.. I’ll have to ask my dealer. They just cut/paste a date of 12-22 thru 12/28 for me. I did find out the Carrier and route # but no way to track.. Is yours built now ?

I’m not sure, the place it is at happens to also be around Lot 51, which is where they seem to die for a few months so it might not be a good thing.

3 times in the last 2 weeks I have contacted Ford about built awaiting shipment. 2 times chat and once on the phone. I specifically asked if it was on chip hold and they all said no just awaiting shipping. This morning my dealer says Ford told them rail car shortage. Perhaps if we all chip in and buy a rail car........

Movement. My buddies Plat PB 701a now shows built and awaiting shipment. Mine hopefully follows. Was the exact same except color. Modules never changed. Still at 1076.

Not that I know of. Only options I have are trailer tow and 360. I just figured I'm waiting in line for shipping

Ford chat has a date of 12/4 of when my truck will be picked up by the shipper. My fingers are crossed.

My delivery window started yesterday and ends 11/23. Dealer says truck in parked in Dearborn “released from factory”
I have a BMW lease to sell to local dealer or buy, re-register(DMV) and trade. Everything takes time, but I can’t start until arrival is more certain.
Some buyers have had trucks delivered while System said awaiting shipment.
Our planning would be much easier with accurate VIN tracking (doable in 2022)
