then at the top of the screen will have a tear tag.

What it means I have no idea. But I believe if you have the tear tag then you have all your modules.

Don't take that info as gospel though cause I aint got no idea.

Also your spending a hefty sum of cash. Sending Granger an email for an update once a week should not be a bother. That being said, I too tried to limit my communication to once a month. Until I started getting ETA's that slipped. Then I just asked for an ETA Update the day after it had expired.
Thanks for the clarification; I do have a tear tag#- but no PCM modules- seems a little odd- though there haven’t been any updates to the module list in over a week.

In my experience LAST SUMMER (you know, when they "built" my truck), a tear tag is populated when the current iteration of production is completed. SO you'll go down the line, modules will populate, and tear tag posted within a day or two. NOT DONE. They'll pull it down and repost a tear tag after working on it later - I've seen a new tear tag code appear as well as the same one as before. If you're missing modules or on chip hold of some sort, seeing a tear tag disappear when you check is a good thing!

Interesting note, I just checked module count again now that truck is at dealership. For the first time, mine increased from the 997 I've had since August. 1815 now.

My status updated to "built and currently awaiting shipment"
My truck from build week 01/02 remains "In Production" Like many others on these forums it's a hurry up and wait exercise...

My status updated to "built and currently awaiting shipment" Also interestingly the in production date changed to earlier.

Funny you mention that as yesterday my built date was 1/22 but the status changed to shipped yesterday and now the built date is 1/20.

Overnight my status updated to final preparation. Oddly, it has a date stamp of 1/16 so not sure why it didn’t update until 1/24. I haven’t heard from Granger yet either

Anyone else's tracker go hang-wire? I now see a green dot for order confirmed and other check marks disappeared.

Now it's showing Shipped on 1/16. I also noticed the green dot appearing for the current status, which is new, in addition to a new Status (Scheduled Week Of). So we now have 6 statuses instead of 5. I'm guessing Ford updated their workflow system last night and some of us received an inaccurate status.

I've been on "In Production" since 1/11/23. I called my dealership last week and he said the truck had been "bucked" but couldn't tell me what that meant, but it sounds like a negative.

I went to Ford Customer Support and chatted with a representative who told me that my truck was on chip hold. That being said, she did still show an anticipated delivery date of the first or second week of February? That seems very optimistic to me.

So.... I'm in the dreaded chip hold now...

I was built the same week- truck has 1100 modules and I have activation status in Ford Pass- but it’s been sitting “In production” for 2.5 weeks. I thought that was odd- and when I contacted Ford they told me I was in chip hold as well. I have no idea what for though- and she couldn’t tell me. Could be a week- or 6 months. Guess we’re not the first…. Seems odd though- no one else is seeing this for their build in January?

I called my dealer today and my salesman said the truck is in Arkansas (on rail). It was built in Dearborn and I live in Texas. Depending on how long it sits at the rail yard in town before being unloaded, it could be at their lot by the end of next week. 🙏

Well, the truck has been in town since Monday, but has not been unloaded or released to the dealership. Frustrating that it can make it across country in a little over a week but then be so close and sit. Dealer has been great on updates and overall, the process has been quick, so on to waiting...

I got The Email from Granger today. My truck has arrived. So, ordered 11/15 and arrived at dealer just shy of 3 months.
Picked mine up from Granger yesterday.
Congrats on yours getting there! Such a nice truck.

Thanks! Congrats on yours as well. What was the pickup process like for you at Granger? Also, were you eligible for any Ford special financing or rebates? I think we ordered about the same time. I’m thinking at a minimum I should have 3.9% for 60 months.
