I got an email from Savannah at Granger. It was pretty informative, including all the next steps, approximate time they would need to get it ready, when financing dept would reach out, etc.

Yes it did. It's funny that I tracked it throughout the day yesterday with no change. I got the email from her on my way home from work and checked again and it was updated.

My truck from build week 01/02 remains "In Production" Like many others on these forums it's a hurry up and wait exercise...

I've been on "In Production" since 1/11/23. I called my dealership last week and he said the truck had been "bucked" but couldn't tell me what that meant, but it sounds like a negative.

I went to Ford Customer Support and chatted with a representative who told me that my truck was on chip hold. That being said, she did still show an anticipated delivery date of the first or second week of February? That seems very optimistic to me.

So.... I'm in the dreaded chip hold now...

Double click on your user name. Top Right of page for me when signed in on a computer. This will bring up account details page, than from menu list of the left hand side select signature which is most of the way down the list.

Interesting so our base trim package is the same, both platinum and both max tow but other than that very different trucks.
