Morning everyone, thought I'd put an update out and see if anyone else is still waiting for their truck as well?
My lariat powerboost is still sitting in Dearborn (Ordered January 27th 2022, built May 22/2022). Spoke with the dealership this week and vented some frustrations regarding the lack of communication. Speaking with the owner of the dealer and sales manager now, not my sales rep. They seem to sympathize and will hopefully be more active regarding getting the truck shipped. What they are not able to confirm is whether the truck is 100% ready to ship, or is awaiting chips. From their end it sounds like dealing with Ford to get answers is difficult and they are also frustrated. I know the truck will be worth the wait and understand the current global supply chain constraints, however the communication part is what I would like to see improved. Also a bit nervous about my trade value since I've put 20,000 kilometres on it since January. Is anyone else from around this build week still waiting? Any similar experiences with their trade? Thanks in advance for reading/listening.

I didn't have any issues with my trade but I only put like 3k miles on it from order to delivery. But have put close to 1000 miles on my truck since I got it a month ago.

Thanks for the reply Joshua. I did email those people too! Good news, my truck finally SHIPPED out of Dearborn yesterday! After my conversations with the dealer last week, them saying they would escalate it, it shipped. I wonder if that's because I kept asking, emailing, and calling? Lol. Dealer said it could be a month before they see it, but hopefully it arrives earlier than that. Ford tracker estimates arrival between Sept 6 - 12. Can't wait to see/get the truck!
