Anyone having trouble with Ford tracking? I can look up other VINs and Order Numbers, just not mine.

Mine is currently working. Never understood why they go in and out so often.

Yeah, but I’ve never seen it where it wouldn‘t work for a specific VIN/Order. Just strange.

Earlier today it said it couldn't find my order/vin number, but it is working again this afternoon.

I've had that happen, I used another vin off the shared excel file and it worked while mine didn't.

It’s wonky. Earlier today it worked but not now.

edit: correction it works for me but it doesn’t show a date for shipping

I was built 5/5 and have had 4 ETA. anyone else having similar issues or have taken delivery. I have been built for 76 days

I had three ETAs with the third one being the winner. I think I was Awaiting Shipment for about 76 days before it actually shipped. The Order Tracker app had the info first.

I had odd, but hopefully promising conversations with chat and phone.
Chat said she “didn’t see any reason“ why I shouldn‘t receive my truck by 7/22, my ETA.
Phone said in her experience that all the notes she was reading indicate that it’s “in transit“ even though the system says “awaiting shipment“.
I have yet to speak to anyone on phone/chat to use those kinds of words.
Heres to hope, I guess.

Both ordertack.app and Ford Track say ”awaiting shipment“.
I‘d be happy if gets here the first week of August, I’m shopping other brands, if it comes in before I find something else I’ll get it, if not, Ford has lost a very loyal customer.

I was ETA 7/15-7/21. Chat just told me 7/30-8/5 just now. This is the 3rd ETA I've gotten now, and definitely not holding my breath. No email about the new ETA yet.

Hopefully you guys don't go through the bullshit of waiting on the last part of shipping like I am. It took less time for my truck to travel from Michigan to Virginia than it did from 45 miles away. United Roads needs their shit CEOs to cut money from themselves and higher more drivers. That'll never happen though.

I'll be happy with just getting the first part of shipping (the shipped email) - then I can complain about the last part of shipping LOL
