04/24/2023 - Build Week

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email this morning confirming that my first-ever F-150 has been scheduled for the 4/24 build week. Just placed the order for an XLT SC 4x4 3.5L Ecoboost last Friday, so Ford must be producing a lot of XLTs next month. Fingers crossed that this build date sticks!

Best of luck, I'm jealous. I got opposite news and my '23 F-150 XL order was cancelled today. I assume Ford puts fleet orders at the bottom of priority, but was looking forward to finally getting a truck. Fingers crossed my company will allow our fleet provider to find one at a dealer...

After reviewing my order on the Ford Tracker, I don’t see anywhere that my trailer tow mirrors are listed. I was thinking that they might be listed under the accessories list? Wondering if that is something anyone else has seen?

Same for me. I wouldn’t worry as long as they’re in your order confirmation form from the dealer. The model, packages, interior, and exterior options are all accurate on the order tracker for my XLT, however the accessories section lists a few incorrect items andmissing the trailer mirrors. My dealer said the order tracker takes a while to sync up with the order.

The window sticker will be the true test of what’s been included and should appear online when the vehicle is built. If you have any concerns in the meantime, I’d check with your dealer.

I’ll let you know if/when my accessories list is updated in the online order tracker.

Adding my build to this thread. Super excited!
Just ordered on 3/21/23, got confirmation from Ford the same day.
Then surprisingly got my VIN and build date 3/23. Build date is only about a month out! 4/24/23

Logged into the Ford tracking app today and I see that my scheduled production week got moved up to 04/17. I’m not holding my breath, but it would be great if that stuck!

Interesting... I had to log in to check mine to see if it changed... And the website now shows no date for "Scheduled" and last updated is 3/23. But I did get the email from Ford saying it was scheduled for build the week of 4/24/23. Hopefully they didn't actually remove the build date and Ford's website is just crappy! lol

If it makes you feel better, today was the first day that Ford’s tracker showed me having a production week. Up until now, I had just been going off the last email stating it was scheduled for production the week of 4/24/23.

Same for me. Got the original email about the 4/24 build week, however the order status tracker has not yet reported a build date. Still a good sign for us that a VIN has been assigned.

If it makes you feel better, today was the first day that Ford’s tracker showed me having a production week. Up until now, I had just been going off the last email stating it was scheduled for production the week of 4/24/23.

The tracker was updated today and for the first time now shows an estimated production schedule date of 4/26 for my XLT.

Looks like my truck moved to in production and I now have a window sticker. excited that I seem to be ahead of schedule

It seems mine was updated at some point to show a production week of 4/29 instead of 4/24. It's the same week right? lol
Just odd that they changed the date to another date in the same week.
