palsapp & my VIN just says, as it always have, Dearborn and Pending. Ford, in it's email says it's been shopped, and Ford tracker also says the truck has shipped.

Even if they showed up bright and early this AM its going to be a bit. I assume our trucks are sitting in a lot so they will need to get back in line to have whatever was missing installed. It's not easy to just re-start the assembly process.

Gonna be a bit I fear.

Thought that I'd finally jump in. I have a XLT screw 4x4, Powerboost, 302A, sport, 7.2KW pro power, spray-in liner, tow mirrors coming at some point.
Ordered on 11/6/2021, blend date 1/12/2022, DRB, sequence 163/445, ship method Rail.
Tracker shows my truck still In Production 1/13/2022 and Delivery TBD.
Haven't checked with my dealer recently but I think it's save to assume that my truck is on chip hold

Do you know if its a DRB or KAN build?

Thats a good question. I feel like they'd have to go back on the line in order to conclude the build with all required tests but what do I know...lol

Quality tests? Yeah sure if you say so lol.

Seriously I would guess it would depend heavily on what part they were out of, how difficult that part is to install and how far assembled our trucks are.

I know when they ran our of seat belts for mustangs they shipped workers to the parking lots with a socket set and parts. It actually made the news and was a big deal because the workers they sent over were not UAW members.

So short answer I guess it Just depends.

If anyone has time calling Ford Marketing usually gets you a better update than the online chat or even sometimes you own dealer. I called a few weeks ago to check on any PCO's and to also get an update on the truck. Few guys in the 1/17 build thread called and said no chip hold for them so maybe things are progressing. Yeah sure what ever tests or quality control stuff that needs to happen. But like you said, it just depends.
