Good day. New to the forum. Trying to track my F150 order but keep getting an error message saying order # is incorrect. Can anyone here assist with tracking the vin I was given by dealership: 1FTFW1EDXMFB33197. The order number I was given is A117 but it keeps generating an error. Thanks

I tried your and yes... have the same issue. Maybe you have one number or letter not good. Mine work perfectly. You can try with mine to verify :

Purchased the tracker, but the report is just generic information for my 2021 F-150 order based off the VIN. No info on build date which according to the dealer is the 3rd week of June. Anybody else have this problem?

My ETA end date just changed from May 14th 2021 to August 14th 2021.

ordered in Feb 21, built April 30, window sticker created and showing in production.

this is unacceptable now. How are we supposed to plan anything? I bought a trailer for the kids and have nothing to tow it with! Ready to cancel and buy used.

www.turo.com is a private vehicle rental site. Can always rent a pickup capable of towing for planned vacations. My son in law rented a couple year old F150 and drove across country to pick up new travel trailer that was much cheaper than local trailer dealers. His Chev pickup was tied up with warranty issues.

Update to my order which was placed on 3/30. Initially scheduled to May 25th, now it was pushed back to the week of June 28th at KC.

You guys are getting updated dates for KC builds? My build date was 04/23 and I'm still wondering if I'll ever get a truck. Window sticker is still showing a blend of 04/21 and ETA 05/27.

I really need an update soon as, like another user above, I bought a new travel trailer that my current vehicle can't tow. I can wait another month but then I may have to cancel and get something else.

I would not disapointing you but, if you look with the VIN tool tracker, you order was summitted to Ford on 2021-04-11, not on 2021-03-26.

No windows sticker produce yet.. so... I don't know where you got your built date for June...

My order was made on 3/12, and i sat beside the Dealer when we went through the options and once finished, he ordered right there and then. It later showed 3/16. I suspect it takes couple days to enter it to the order-bank.

Ford has one day per week that it will pull orders (Thursday I believe for most area's).

Then your dealer has to have allocations for that order with the options selected. If not the order sits there till all requirements are meet. Once an order is accepted, you should get a VIN within a few days to a week later.

If you have a VIN then you know your order was accepted. If no VIN after about a week past Thursday then you order more than likely was not accepted for several different reasons.

1. Dealer didn't have the allocation
2. Parts were not available for what you ordered. We all know there are a lot shortages these days so this one is a major problem for the manufactures.

Mine was ordered on dealer with him, on Monday March 29th, and the tool say the same thing... Not sure why you don't see the same date for your ... hmmmm

I got notification today from the dealer that my build was completed. Order date 2/25 with a build date of 5/12 and they are telling me a "possible" arrival date of 5/31. Does this seem accuarate with the KC plant being down?? Also this is a Canadian ordered truck.

However, no dates have been entered for Ship Date and Transit Date.......My question is: has anyone actually taken shipment of their vehicle with the ship date and transit date remaining blank? I question the ETA End Date of 5/21/2021.

If your window sticker has Convoy on it, check out https://palsapp.com/ and put your VIN, if there is no destination name then it hasnt been picked up yet.

For rail I think there is another way to stalk it.
