We've got a few excellent looks inside prototypes for Ford’s facelifted F-150, giving us some telling views of what’s going on with The Blue Oval’s updated pickup (in three distinct trims).

The interior shots come from three different trim levels: A column-shifter-equipped prototype likely representing a lower-tier trim, along with a higher-end trim and a facelifted Raptor (both of which maintain the chunky gearshift lever in the center tunnel). From what we see here, Ford is still avoiding any semblance of a push-button or rotary transmission selector on its updated trucks.

Our shots reveal what appears to be a lot of carryover bits on the facelifted trucks. We see a new button array on the center stack, with new HVAC controls. We also get a great look at the facelifted trucks’ digital instrument cluster screens, and some of the new infotainment graphics that will appear on its interior screens. Speaking of screens, it appears that the F-150’s 12-inch landscape-oriented screen (or something very similary to it) will soldier on with the facelift. It’s clear that there is no sign of a big overhaul of the interior layout, or the orientation of the infotainment screen. While there is always the chance that another optional screen could be in the works, the fact that there are no big advances on the interior of a top-tier trim like this Raptor prototype seems telling. Ford may be keeping the design F-150’s interior more untouched than many expected, given the upgrades given to the facelifted Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks.

With these new glimspes inside facelifted F-150 prototypes, it’s more unclear than ever where Ford is focusing its efforts in its updated trucks. It’s still unclear if a new trick tailgate will join the fray. We know there are updated front-fascias, and all-new tail-lights in the works.

We have included exterior shots of a facelifted F-150 Raptor, along with another trim riding on the F-150’s new 22-inch wheels.

I mean, don't fix what ain't broken?

On a sidenote, I'm split. The digital dash looks great but I'm a sucker for physical analog gauges.

I’m hoping they keep the headlight design similar, never liked the C ones. Looks like maybe big screens for all.

Digital cluster and 12" screens for all trims? First one with the column shifter looks like an XL based on the climate controls and the steering wheel. Very interesting.

What I can see of the taillights reminds me of Toyota, we'll see what they look like when uncovered.

Love how they got the tape over the Ford emblem on the steering wheel, like nobody knows what that looks like. 🤣

If XLT gains 12" center screen, does this mean Lariat high and up get an even bigger screen?
XLT 302A already has the 12" centre screen, 301A & lower have the 8" screen.

No looks like XLT to me. It has power side steps and chrome handles.

I stand corrected, it could be a 300A trim if it's not XL. The climate controls are single zone, which 301A and 302A don't have, they have the dual zone.

On the 4th and 5th pictures down, if you zoom in on the mesh close to the driver's headlight, the grill opening almost looks trapezoidal. I hope I'm wrong.

Yeah what will be the incentive to go to a higher trim?
