The image of the Integrated T-slot channels appears to show a substantial gasket that runs the length of the side rail. Is this enhancement now included on the non-slot version MX4? Seems to be a serious improvement for keeping water from entering the bed.

You did right by your setup! Those uprights on the Overhaul HD are wide, and the T-channel rails on a retractable cover provide the right amount of support for them. Nicely done!

Todd explained to me that the updated design on the MX4 TS helps reinforce the overall structure of the cover- including the rails- which is why you're seeing that more substantial gasket. It's a different design compared to the current MX4, and it makes a lot of sense that this kind of improvement could make its way into future versions.

With the redesign of the MX4 TS, the rails won't be compatible with previous MX4 models or any other tonneau cover.

I have the Revolver xt4s, Realtruck missed the mark by not making theirT slot compatible with the yakima overhaul.

Being able to roll the cover above instead of into a canister taking bed space, plus having the overhaul bars on top would have been a top seller.

The TS rails will rest along the bed rails. Engineering has said that you will want to follow the max weight for your bed rails, specific to your truck. If you add a truck rack, you'll follow the weight ratings that the manufacturer recommends for the rack.
