Makes sense to me.... however, I've had a VIN for a few months now and continue to get my build dates pushed. I found this site while researching why this is happening, and so far each push has aligned to what is shown on the sheet.

I am supposed to be built the week of 4/18 now (from previous 4/4, which was pushed a few times previously, each time 2 weeks out), but at this rate, I expect that to push as well.

Actually with the number of folks getting that week, i bet you are good.

Btw, I was told by my dealer when I ordered on 10/29/21 that he was 99% sure it would be a 22 model year. He said the pricing for 2022 models were to come the week of 11/1/21, which did happen (21 model year incentives expired 10/31, although now have been grandfathered in for those who ordered 21s and were rolled to 22s).

I received my VIN on 1/13/22, 10 weeks after ordering with a build date of 3/3/22. My build date has been pushed every 2 weeks consistently now, even though I've had a VIN now for over 2 months. The VIN hasn't gotten me any more confidence in delivery.

I don't think you understand this thread. This is about new schedules, not reschedules from previous dates.

Unless you’re implying that only rescheduled builds will get sunroofs and newly scheduled builds will have to wait.

This could also be plant specific, the shipment of sunroofs bound for Dearborn may have met and accident and the KC plant received there shipment. Few weeks ago KC stopped getting Chips while Dearborn kept getting them.

@Payup is saying that no unscheduled builds that have been ordered with a moonroof will be scheduled this week. This is a scheduling thread, your truck has already been scheduled to be built (this week?) so will not apply to you. Make sense?

There needs to be a separate thread for Build Week 3/21 like there is for most other Build Weeks. I like watching the build weeks as I can glean shipping/delivery info from them. Scheduling threads have also become mostly meaningless since Ford is scheduling and rescheduling at the drop of a hat and then they are adding and dropping features from stickers even after the vehicle has been assembled.

Well some of us are pretty excited to be scheduled, even if that date moves, it's a step in the right direction. I am more than 3 months without a VIN so any news is good news.
