Last day to spec and changes on 2022 F-150 is 7/28/22. My thinking is one would need a VIN by then to review.

MY2023 Scheduling begins 8/18. Ford has F-150 trucks scheduled for production currently through 3rd week in September, leaving last week of September + 1st of October to complete MY2022 by the last day on 10/9/22. MY2023 production begins 10/10/22

I’m guessing (based on the unlucky ones in this forum) that I should received the 701A Platinum PB order on 2/1/22 around May 2023… if all stays “true to form”. I do hope that I live to see it since it’s my retirement truck. haha

I guess that goes double for those of us being built at Dearborn. The schedule shows they stop doing 22MY three weeks before KC.

As per the famous quote from Ricky Bobby, “If your not first, your last.” Yep…he’s almost correct. When it comes to Ford’s F-150 scheduling, I would amend the quote to this: “No matter if your first or last, we’re going to make you feel last”.

Guess I can join in on this thread. After 8-1/2 months, I FINALLY got my VIN on the 1st of this month, scheduled for 9/5.... I was told the ETA to the dealer would be the first week of October, but I'm taking that with a grain of salt as I figure it is out of Ford's hands at that point.

I just contacted Ford Chat and now they are saying that my build is scheduled for 9/7.... Not sure if the specific date is important, they had told me the "week of 9/5) prior to this.

I'm still stoked, though, even though it will be a while.

Update: A slight bump in the road. Contacted Ford Chat again today, and now my projected build date is 9/9, a bump of two days. Hopefully no biggie. The estimated ETA to my dealer is still the same, although if that changes I won't hold anyone's feet to the fire.
