I sure wish Ford was more transparent (publically) about what's causing these delays. I am sure that dealers everywhere are sick ............. and tired of all the calls asking the same things. I guess though, from Ford's POV, they don't want to open that kimono until everyone else opens their Kimonos, including not allowing dealers to put any of this in writing, for fear of tipping a hand to a competitor. Hell, if I had known it was going to take this long to get an order fulfilled, I would NOT have engaged in this process. Restoring my old 65 F250 with an EB or Coyote plant might have been more fun and take less time.....
I have been waiting since 10/29–wrote a letter to the Ford brass yesterday

It's just unbelievable I understand waiting for what you want and that's what I'm doing but six months without a ward from ford blows me away I have my fingers crossed for this next scheduling hopefully your numbers up Good luck 🤞

145 or 157?

High volume Dealer or ?

Wild you’ve had to wait this long.

145--I live in northwest Wisconsin--2nd largest dealer within 100 miles. Largest dealer is 90 miles away--they wanted 2k over msrp, dealer I ordered from I have purchased from before, they gave me 2k below MSRP.

I guess I'll jump in on this thread since I've been bumped twice and am now 5/23 scheduled as well.

i think there’s a lot of people that were bumped. I’m seeing many initially scheduled for 5/2 builds still not having window stickers. that tells me they must have been bumped down the line like us.

Just anecdotal, but it looks to me like a lot of the higher trims, Lariat and up, got bumped to 5/23, myself included.

i did see many platinums getting scheduled for this current week. Perhaps ford is packaging them all together. One week Lariat, the next they do platinums etc.

Maybe. My Tremor is effectively a 502A Lariat with some offroad goodies.

I ordered 1/25, built 3/24 been on hold ever since. Nothing from Ford. Dealer just says chip hold. Trucks ordered for dealer lots built after mine are showing up. This is a bad ordering system and the secrecy is making it worse. My truck will be 6 months old when I get it. Hell, maybe the 2023 will be out by then. Not impressed with Ford. Likely my last (if I ever get this one).
