bed liner

So I bought my truck online and got to delivered home , I just happened to notice a possible bad paint work in the truck bed . What do I do ? I will get a spray in soon but should I report it to ford ?

I will be installing a liner and tri fold bed cover , would like to know which one should I get installed first . I have read that installing bed cover on a liner can be tricky . Advice please
