That's about where I am. I think I'm 18.3 or 18.4 after about 6k miles. Most of my driving is around suburbia. Plenty of stop and go. On longer trips I get around 22. Sometimes a little better. On my logest trip I was over 23. I'm not a speed demon but I certinaly don't take my time either.

Sell private party. Or even sell to a local dealer. That's what I did. Unless Granger is giving you a significant offer on your trade its probably easier and less headache to unload it locally. No insight sorry. Just seems pretty typical. I think mine sat 3 hours away from the dealership at a lot in KC for like 5 weeks and then finally was delivered. That seems the norm. Some seem luckier with faster shipment. Some seem unluckier.

Same as Kodiak. Completed my purchase with Granger just a few weeks ago. Start was building your config on the Ford site then saving as a pdf and emailing to Chip at Granger. He'll respond with the invoice pricing. I have no clue how that will work for 2022 vs 2023 pricing though.
